And the winner is…Lebanese fashion designer Rania Salibi! Winner of the Oscar Designer Challenge, Rania and her custom design, along with the Academy escort graced the Red Carpet during the Oscar Pre-Show. Rania moved from Lebanon to L.A. in 2005 to pursue her passion for design — looks like she made the right move! Check out the photos below to get a closer look at her design.
